Cost and contract advice, quantity surveying, is to advise clients of the likely costs of the project, the best form of contract for each particular project and manage all the financial aspects of the projcet for the client from beginning to end.

Work Experience Summary: Currently working on a £3,000,000.00 public garden restoration scheme in Durham, North of England, and the conversion of a former Almshouse into a visitor centre for the World Heritage Site in Durham, costing £1,000,000.00.
Working on the restoration of an Alms Collectiion House, value £60,000.00, in Dalkeith, Scotland.
Other projects have included protected buildings, large and small, in Scoland and the North of England.
Education Summary: Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and Incorporated Member of the Institute of Chartered Builders.
