I have 10 years plus administration experience. I have line management reponsiblity for 8 members of staff - ensuring time keeping and deadlines are adhered to and that work is completed to a high standard. In previous roles I provided admin support to 3 divisional directors - arranging meetings and conferences, taking minutes, typing reports, drafting letters, answering queries etc.
I am very experienced in using all Microsoft office packages. I am able to set up and maintain spreadsheets, type letters and reports using word, product presentations using powerpoint and design leaflets and posters using Microsoft Publisher.
I use social media regularly and I'm proficient in utilising Facebook, Twitter and Linkedin.
