I am extremely professional and hard working and enjoy work that is challenging. I have admin qualifications (NVQ levels 2 & 3 & ECDL) and have experience of supervising staff as I worked as an admin supervisor for 5 years. I am highly experienced in spreadsheets (MS Excel) and enjoy this type of work.
I am used to dealing with people at all levels and always maintain a high level of customer service.
I also have some experience of telesales and I am used to dealing with people over the telephone. I can communicate effectively face to face, by phone, email or internet.
I have gained knowledge in marketing & sales aspects of business and often exceeded targets whenever I was given them.
I enjoy all aspects of admin and I am very disciplined with my approach to work. I have excellent typing skills with a typing speed of 65-70wpm.
I am friendly, approachable and will always try my hardest to succeed in any task I am given.
