I have been working remotely for over 10 years now and I work from home, which makes it possible for me to only bill you for hours that I actually work instead of you paying a 40 hour work week when I actually might only work 20 hours. This will save your company money as you would pay me as a Subcontractor which means you would not have to pay taxes or benefits for me. I presently have a few clients in the New York and CA area and what I do for them each week varies with what the client needs and wants. My hourly rate is normally $22.00 per hour, but job satisfaction is much more important to me, so that rate can be negotiated a bit. I can also do a fixed rate each month which would depend on the amount of bank accounts, credit cards, transactions each month.
What I would be able to do for your company is to bring your books up to date and keep them in order. Which will make it pretty easy for you to obtain any financial report you may need as well as your Balance Sheet, P&L Statement, General Ledger and Trial Balance. I have a vast amount of knowledge with Quickbooks online as well as desktop Quickbooks and presently use them on a daily basis.
Let me tell you a little about myself and my business. DeHart Financial Consultants has been around for over 10 years and prior to that, I have over 20 years’ experience in the office environment doing Bookkeeping and Office Management. I have worked with many different kinds of businesses and my services have included complete clean-ups, implementing new software, training and monthly maintenance just to mention a few. I use Quickbooks as my Accounting software and have done complete set-ups as well as clean-up and maintenance. I also use Microsoft Word and Excel for reports / letters my clients might request. I have lots of experience with desktop and with Online Quickbooks as I use both for my clients.
I do pride myself on being an expert when it comes to Quickbooks as I have been working with the program since it first came out and I can customize it to what the client needs and wants in regards to Account set-up, reporting, etc.
I make it my goal to find out what the client needs and I then provide that service to them. And one of the most important things is providing my clients absolute confidentially and for that reason, I sign a non-disclosure agreement before any work or consultation begins. I can also provide letters of recommendation from my past and current clients.
