Description: Working within the accounts department I was responsible for maintaining the Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger and Cash Book.
Another aspect of my position involved being responsible for the Music Royalties. This included calculating, reporting and paying artist royalties, processing publishing royalties received according to the company"s policies, assisting with the collation of new product data and its entry into the system, obtaining bar codes for new products and applying for licences from music publishers.
Within the production side of the company, I was responsible for liaising with the designers, printer and manufactures to make sure that new products were produced on time.and raising all new purchase orders and maintaining stock levels.
