I did all of the management side,more...I have a broad range of experience as I have built up my own business and sold it on. It was a children indoor play centre and I had 20 staff. I did all of the management side, book keeping , accounting, VAT return and administration. This was also a project management role as I converted a 6.000 sq ft industrial unit into a soft play area with 3 party rooms and a restaurant. I had to manage builders, electricians, plumbers, play equipment specialist, and ensure everything was financially on track and timing was faultless. I have also worked as a project manager for 3 months, recalling 3000 Vauxhall vehicles, I had to liaise with garages all over the UK and make sure deadlines were met. I had to make presentations to the CEO and MD of Vauxhall, and produce complex excel spreadsheets. I have advanced experience with all Microsoft programmes, and reliable internet access. I am very flexible and can work any time and any day. I hope that gives you an over view of what I have to offer, there is a lot more to my C.V. Job Title: PA to Director/office manager
Description: I was a PA to the managing director and the Sales director. I was also responsible for the main running of the office, therefore also know as the office manager. I had to look after both of the directors diaries. I had to deal with the extensive travel arrangements for the directors, but also other staff and customers. Our customers were very high profile clients, as the company sold private aircraft. I was also responsible for the accounts, using Quickbooks, I did all the invoicing, payments, VAT, Intrastat and any other account issues. I also had to travel to the Isle of White about 2-3 times a week to check on aeroplanes being built and painted there. I created powerpoint presentations for the directors. We also went to to major air shows a year, Farnborough and AeroExpo, and I was responsible for planning and preparation of each airshow,a dn then attending the airshows, to make sure everything ran smoothly.

Description: I was the owner of this business which was a childrens indoor play centre that I started from scratch. I converted a 6,000 sqft warehouse into a soft indoor play centre with cafe for 0-12 years old. I had 20 staff working for me, we were open 7 days a week. At weekends we could have up to 100 people hour, and 12 childrens parties. We served hot and cold food,along with costa coffee. I was responsible for all the staff, PAYE, accounts, VAT, invoicing, payments, health and safety, stock control, menu planning and party planning. Two nights a weeks we opened the doors to 12 to 16 year olds.
