Work Experience Summary: Bringing in some of my past experience, I have worked towards gaining, maintaining and progressing ISO certificates and the Investors in People Award. I also have experience with Sage Line 50, HR and Marketing, among other subjects and have a broad understanding of H&S in an office environment and in the construction industry.
More specifically, the areas under my responsibility have been:
-’· Contribute to the overall management of the company as a senior member of the Management Team, including working to ensure effective inter-team collaboration.
-’· Lead, motivate and manage the Operations Team and ensure they receive adequate support and training through adherence to Company\'s Performance Management scheme (which, in some cases, I have designed).
-’· Report on operational issues at Executive Council meetings as required.
-’· Assist in the planning and organisation of weekly Executive Council meetings.
-’· Ensure compliance with Company Law for the company.
-’· Ensure adherence to company\'s recruitment and equal opportunities policies.
-’· Develop, implement and monitor company\'s HR policies and procedures.
-’· Keep abreast of developments in relevant employment legislation and practice, amending policies and procedures as necessary.
-’· Act as a resource for staff on all issues relating to HR policies and procedures and provide support in cases where there are difficult issues or disputes.
