Work Experience Summary: In my most recent role I was responsible for managing a portfolio of household insurance claims. I have and extensive knowledge of the majority of claim types within this field, including subsidence and drainage claims.
This role included, but was not limited to, taking incoming calls from customers and suppliers, handling complaints in line with FSA guidelines, organising and management of claims portfolio which involved liasing with numerous suppliers/ loss adjusters to cordinate settlement of claims within agreed timescales and to required standards.
I was also responsible for collection and collation of figures, report writing and general adminstration tasks.
I have also recently been freelancing for a company keeping in touch with potential leads on behalf for a variety of large car dealerships.
