However, I am a qualified and experienced web designer/developer, experienced with many years using artwork programs.
I like to work from home, I have all the software and tools neccesary for many aspects of electronic development
Area Covered: Dorset, however, everywhere if working from home
Work Experience Summary: For 8 years working at Keytec Typesetting, the journals were not only published at the respective printers, but also published to the internet, this was done at Keytec, the pages had to be translated into HTML, they then also had to be translated into SGML, the translating software written by the MD was extremely good but the code had to be checked through and edited where neccesary.
I was assigned a special job at Keytec which involved drawing diagrams of XHTML which made for him the preparation of the translation software a lot easier, I also learnt a lot drawing these diagrams. The original language \'LaTeX\' which the journals were written in throughout the Desktop Publishing software \'3b2\' is very similar to that of HTML and XHTML, for example, the piece of text at the beginning of document, headings and paragraphs were tagged and when some heavy maths had to be produced, you had to go in and out of maths mode which is exactly the same symbols you would use to go into programming, >% JSP %<
The artwork for the journals was prepared with Photoshop and Freehand, its a shame Freehand is not within your skills because I am extremely efficient with the program, I have my own copy now and can draw some impressive things, if I find the time.
Education Summary: Diploma Level 3 - Internet and Web Desing
Diploma Level 3 - Java IT Programming
