Work Experience Summary: Since the start of 2012 I have been assisting in the running of a small business on the edge of the New Forest. As well as front of house sales and service, I act as P.A. to the proprietor, and shall be setting up and managing the companies web presence.
For most of 2010-11, I set up and ran a showroom selling window blinds and shutters for a small company. As well as setting up all the back office functions for ordering, invoicing, hr, etc, I was also the main salesman for the showroom. On top of this, I was responsible for the marketing, and lead generation/appointment booking for my colleague in the field.
Prior to this, I have worked in a variety of call centres, honing my customer handling skills, and garnering a reputation as someone that gets the job done-and makes the customer happy whilst doing so.
Education Summary: I started 2012 by completing a Level 2 Certificate in Principles of Business and Administration.
Prior to that I gained a HnC in Internet Development at Glamorgan University, as well as a Certificate of Higher Education (Diploma equivalent) from University of Wales, Cardiff.
I have A-levels in Physics and Geography, as well as G.C.S.E.'s including English (B) and Maths(C)
