This particular client wanted on-line tuition on HTML/CSS drop-down menu problem. He had taken on the job from a third party. After I provided the solution via Google talk, the client disappeared and disputed the 2.5 hours work! Though the solution to the problem was given! The client requested for more hours, I insisted that he pays for the agreed 2 hours, and he was unhappy about this! Escrow was split 50/50 in order to resolve the dispute!
