For more than a year, I've worked remotely as a Customer Orders Associate for a software company in the US.Role includes ensuring that client contracts are renewed, expansions and new orders are processed. Starting from sending the new quote to the clients, following it up to ensure it has been received by the proper contact, coordinating with the account managers, updating client accounts to reflect a renewal or a cancellation, and creating the sales order if we receive the paperwork. Other tasks include but are not limited to - coordinating with different departments (finance, support, account management) to ensure the client account is up to date, various admin tasks related to updating Salesforce, answering emails and tickets via email, and attending weekly meetings with the account management team to discuss updates / changes to the accounts.
