I provide Operational Maintenance Management(OMM) and Consultancy for the Built Environment and Workplace. Meeting the management and/or procurement needs for your premises maintenance and premises support services and, in the first instance - all statutory, regulatory and legal maintenance compliances eg. Fire, Electricity, Gas, Lifting, HS&W, etc.
Ultimately I deliver - less expenditure, improved service levels and much more time for you, the client, to spend on your core business activities and hence profitability.
This is a service to the client offering support and assistance
Generally, the OMM is delivered on the ground as an ongoing, integrated and co-ordinated management service, but can be so set up, remotely/virtually, so that you the client can run the function effectively and efficiently to the most up-to-date industry best practices.
The Consultancy approach is just that - advice and assistance to enable direct procurement of more efficient and cost effective service and maintenance for your premises, building or facility.
This will normally incorporate a typical tendering process so designed to deliver your precise needs through a programme of business-focused maintenance to meet your corporate and operational objectives.
Again, this is a service to the client......offering support and assistance.

Work Experience Summary: 8 years in Building Services Industry, 7 years in FM and Maintenance Industry, 4 years sole trader.
Education Summary: HND Mech Eng.
BEng(Hons) Building Services Engineering, with DIS.
