I am currently an Administration Manager for a company employing aprox 50 people. I have an NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration. I am responsible for all the word processingmore...I am currently an Administration Manager for a company employing aprox 50 people. I have an NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration. I am responsible for all the word processing for the company, including producing presentations, brochures and other marketing literature. I manage 3 manager's diaries, including travel arrangements. I provide the HR function for the company, being responsible for recruitment incuding overseas recruitment, dealing with work permits and student visa applications. I have experience of recruiting from all over the world, however I have visited Poland many times and have attended Job Fairs
there to fulfil specific recruitment briefs. I also deal with all personnel issues such as disciplinaries and appraisals. I produce the monthly payroll and associated management statistics. I act as first point of contact for visitors to our company and run training sesions to our staff promoting good customer service practice.
I could perform all, one or a selection of any number of these functions as my service.
