I have 6 years in total of admin/PA experience and a Level 2 in Word Processing. I can cover most admin tasks; this can range from inputting data, typing letters, copy typing to arranging travel, away days/charity events etc. I also have experience of gathering quotes for promo and printing.
The main computer programme I use is Microsoft and therefore use Word, Excel and Power Point most of the time but also use a Mac too. I have my own computer with these packages and access to the internet.
Work Experience Summary: Total of 2 Years experience working in a Marketing and Design office doing admin tasks
1 Year at a Private School as an Admin Assistant
3.5 Years as an Administrator which includes PA tasks
6 months in current employment as a Academic Coordinator
Education Summary: 10 C or above GCSEs including a B in Maths, C in English Literature and Language and C in Business Studies.
3 A Levels including an A in Law
Level 2 in Word Processing (OCR), this includes touch typing, mail merge, power point etc.
