Summary: I have a wealth of office experience ranging over the past 9 years, I can perform administrative duties, using Microsoft Word, as well as using Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint. I have worked in a credit control fields and had to chase large debt via email in the past. As well as my wealth of knowledge in Accountancy and my abilities to priotize and organise huge workloads in all of the above roles and in my present Revenue Management position.

Description: Working daily in the head office of a brand leading hotel. I am responsible for ensuring we sell the right rooms, to the right person, for the right price at the right time.
I manage my own cluster of hotels and on daily basis and ensure that the correct pricing is in place to maxmise our revenue while remaining competitive on price within our market.

Description: I worked in the head office of a small/medium sized construction company. I was in charge of co-ordinating construction projects from start to finish, from the initial contract stage to getting the job signed off by building control inspectors. My role included on a daily basis speaking via telephone and email to clients, suppliers and tradesmen. Organising deliveries, liasing with the financial director regarding invoicing and client stage payments, ensuring all lines of communication were open from clients to teams to project managers to the technical director and managing director.
This role was in a very highly paced industry and required alot of prioritising and organisation in order to ensure deadlines were met and standards were kept to.
