My name is Jen and I live with my husband in Northumberland. I am semi retired but cannot sit at home doing the coffee morning rounds - boring.I have worked since age 16 initially in the Civil Service ending my career at senior management level. Following early severance I started a new career as a Support Manager for an IT company who supplied Sage accounting products and IT equipment. This continued for 7 years after which I formed my own company offering support services for Sage users and also payroll and book keeping services to small companies. I have recently started offering training in book keeping and also enterprise and business support to those people wishing to start their own buinesses in the North East.

Work Experience Summary: For a number of years I was an officer in the Department of Work and Pensions - leaving as Higher Executive officer. This was followed by 7 years as a Customer Support Manager in a private company providing installation and support in Sage financial products. I then formed my own business covering the same support and adding additional services including book keeping and payroll. Latterly I have worked as a Loan Fund Administrator for a charity. I am now reforming my company to offer training in book keeping, payroll and IT.
Education Summary: My highest qualifications are O levels, NVQ level 3 and NVQ Level 4 (SFEDI - Qualification in Business and Enterprise support). I also have the PTLLS (Preparation to teach in the Life Long Learning Sector. I am currently studying for ILM Level 5 in Coaching and Mentoring
