I am Temping for Huntress at RHS Wisley as an HR Systems & Services Administrator after having finished my contract as an HR and Admin Assistant with a company having 800 employees.
I have more than 7 years of experience in HR and Admin. In this role, I have worked as a part of Team and used to report to the Director. I have been handling HR for such a long time that it doesnâï¿½ï¿½t seem like a job to me anymore. I have been Temping for last one year which has made me a quick performer and very adaptable since Temps are not given any time for orientation, induction or warming up. As a Temp I have had to start performing from the very first hour.
I was working in one of Asia\'s largest paper manufacturing company having more than 3000 employees. I had to deal with Directors, Senior Management, Head of departments (there were 50 departments), executives, junior staff, the list is endless. I was the Assistant Manager handling extensive Recruitment, Benchmarking surveys, performance management, New Starters and Leavers, exit interviews, the whole employee life cycle.
Even though I was no nonsense person still I got the woman of the year award on woman\'s day. I was chosen as woman of the year on womenâï¿½ï¿½s day by secret ballot.
During my stint at OBS London Ltd., I was all in all; it took me less than one week to know names and nature of 12 area managers. I had an excellent working relation with them all despite the professional differences some times.
At Hotel Solutions London Ltd. I was taken as a temporary employee for three weeks which was extended to three months target being covering the TUPE transfers, HR Audit, building digital and physical database for 900 employees which comprised of issuing 800 contracts, getting NI number for 300 employees, applying for WRS for 250 employees, issuing three adverts per day on an average and extensive filing related to these processes.
I have been working forever in this field and I am naturally very good with people both as an HR admin and as an employee. I am a high performer, have a positive attitude and great potential. I have keen for detail which allows me to do my work thoroughly and accurately.
I feel that my experience, attitude, organizational and time management skills would be an asset in this role. I am an efficient, smart and sincere person with good technical and people management skills.
