Before working at George I worked a 10-month contract as assistant children’s wear designer for the international supplier Visage.
During my time at Visage I was designing children’s wear for a wide range of customers including Next, ASDA, Sainsbury’s, Debenhams and BHS. As parts of the children’s wear team my responsibility’s included designing jeans, woven’s and t-shirts for age 6 to 16 boys. Designing accurate fashionable cads, designing with in a budget, building customer profiles develop customer based ranges trend research communicating with the Far East as well as general admin duties.

Summary: I have recently Graduated from the University of Central Lancashire with a 2:1 BA (Hons) in Fashion design.
I took a year out form my degree to work with in the fashion industry. This was a fantastic experince, it has improved my trend awareness and cad skills.
I also Studied at De Montfort University, Leicester, Foundation in Art and Design. This was a very crative and experimental course that insipres out of the box thinking.
Before university I attended Robert Smyth School, Market Harborough, Leicestershire.Here I did my GCSE's and Alevels.
A-levels in Fashion,history, chemistry and biology at D and above
10 GCSE’s at C and above including Maths English and Science.
