Summary: Recently delivered a short project for large international company in the energy sector. Graduates completing their placement were not being developed or employed to maximise their potential. I carried out a Leadership Profile exercise using Hogan Leadership profiling, this alongside a Career Anchors questionnaire and an individual competency based interview helped to build a picture of each graduate. This was then fed back to the candidates and their line manager resulting in career planning.
