Having achieved a First Class Honours Degree in Business Information Systems I am very experienced in using many pieces of computer software, including Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Front Page, Lotus Notes etc. I also spent a lot of my time doing research on the internet as part of my course.
My day to day works involves managing an ICT Service Desk for the NHS. I take calls and provide first time fixes, as well logging calls for escalation. It is my responsibility to manage the Incident Management Processes, as well as assist in the operation of Problem, Configuration and Change Management. I also manage the organisations use of Hornbills Supportworks, which is used to support our ITIL disciplines, including the call logging.

Work Experience Summary: I have 15 months experience working on the Toyota UK IT Helpdesk, where I was involved in Incident Management, Change Management as well as been the Service Desks representative for Problem Management. I have worked for the NHS for 18 months, firstly working as a call taker and then as Service Desk Coordinator. My responsibilities now include overall responsibility for Incident Management, and the operation of the Supportworks System, as well as supporting the operation of Change, Configuration and Problem Management.
