Work Experience Summary: I use proactive measures to ensure service levels and objectives, both of the business and of the individual are met and maintained. I am responsible for the professional development, team operational elements, and assistance in customer escalations, process definition, management, team projects, recruitment and annual appraisals. I supervise the day to day application of organisational policies and procedure including planning, directing, supervising and evaluation work flow. I have designed and implemented processes within the new business department to encourage growth and a better working practise.
