She was born and bred a typical Valley girl, arriving in Tredegar on the last day of April in 1985 and brought up in the beautiful Ebbw Vale.
Hannah knew she would be a writer from a young age. She was always a good liar growing up.
She attended Bath Spa University from 2004 graduating with a degree in Creative studies in English, a huge amount of debt and the worst case of homesickness known to man.
Having been a barmaid during her gap-life, Hannah decided to take the literary bull by the horns and self publish her novel instead of getting a grown up job.
She currently resides in Merthyr Tydfil where she is shacked up quite nicely with a Gurnos boy called Scott, who apart from writing is the biggest love in her life.
Hannah’s inspiration comes from Guinness and a day trips. Her favourite author is the one and only Jilly Cooper although with two and a half spaniels and a cat called Psh Psh she rarely has time to read.
Hannah has successfully written and self published her first novel Scrums and Bananas which has quite a cult following. At the moment Hannah is working on her second novel; How not to Cook a Chicken. She is also working very closely with Anthony Bunko on a fictional project which is top secret at the moment!
Hannah hopes to one day take over the world or at least the South Wales Valleys with her humorous take on life in general.
