My campaign management experience includes both Inbound and Outbound campaigns. I also have knowledge of managing data and ensuring each outbound campaign is performing effectively. I have setup Call Centres from start to finish, including setting up servers and Software, to installing and setting up agent machines through to campaign creation. I also have experience of providing real time analysis, and able to provide advice on real time performance to both internal and external customers.
