Work Experience Summary: - Set up and managed the pricing process of HP Asia-Pacific, including the development of a OLAP tool (Tm1) used by 20 product managers, 20 supplies chain analysts, and the management team to analyze, propose, approve and implement price lists throughout the Asian-Pacific countries
- Set-up and managed the forecasting process for HP Asia-Pacific. Also drove the IT project associated (Essbase)
- Developed and deployed a \"marketing investment tracking\" system for HP Europe (200 users on a SharePoint and Excel templates)
- Program management for a Sales Compensation redesign project in HP Europe
- Developed and deployed a big deal submission and approval tool that enable funnel qualification based on revenue and profit impact on financial targets. Deployed at HP in Germany.
