• Business & Technical Knowledge – I am responsible to understand what the behavior of the market is for Enablement SW and Services. I need to know and understand the Strengths and weaknesses of the enablement portfolio in order to create business maneuvers that will allow the business unit to overcome any obstacles or risks.
• Customer/External Orientation – One of my KPIs is customer satisfaction indexes and how the customer experiences the products and services delivered by my unit. I understand widely the importance of these KPIs as they are part of my responsibilities as head of a business line.
