I also studied IT at Stirling University which gave me experience of working with databases and designing websites. I am highly IT-literate and have a good working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
For the past seven years, I have worked in an administrative support role at the City of Edinburgh Council and this has given me a lot of experience of working to strict deadlines and planning a heavy workload. The role has also enabled me to enhance my analytical and teamworking skills.
I believe that I am a good person to work with as I am a self-starter, can work on my own initiative and have excellent organisational skills.
Outside of work, I enjoy going for walks, exercising, cooking and playing the keyboard.
