I have a passion for creating engaging, clear and targeted content and intuitively usable websites for users. My other passion is improving the strategic business processes and procedures that get the work done behind the scenes.
My most recent experience has been working as an editor and content manager on the Directgov website. I also undertook research projects as part of my IT Management for Business degree looking at business process improvement at both the department for Communities and Local Government and the Improvement and Development Agency for Local Government (IDeA).
I'm looking to continue to use my skills, knowledge and experience in the third sector and transfer the knowledge to the private sector too.
