3 years as an Office Manager for my local authority, working with a supported housing team. I manage clerical staff (including induction and training), organise new working methods, report on financial data, manage 3 databases, carry out PA duties for the team leader, minute team meetings and transcribe them, use SAP for purchasing and accounts payable transactions.
