I am experienced in Marketing and Relationship Management as well as in people management at all levels. I have both worked within and managed teams within admin, lending, debt collection, customer service, SLA management and back office project related roles. I have experience in PR and admin functions, charity fundraising and account management as well as in process review and improvement. My previous role requires excellent communication skills both written and verbal and required me to liaise with senior management at various organisations on a day to day basis. I currently work from home a few hours per week (mainly during the evenings) running an internet business and am looking for an additional source of income.
