I am an all round kind of girl, I have had lots of different situations and problems to deal with in work that I have managed to put right. I have a legal secretarial qualification and am currently studying to be a PA.
I have had experience in many different job roles, e.g. filling in for someone who is away etc has given me the opportunity to learn about more roles and how they work. I am currently working in the Health Insurance sector, but previously I worked in the legal sector and have worked in the food industry.
I am keen to enhance my skills even more and feel this will give me the opportunity to find out more about other jobs.
I believe put anything in front of me and I will work it out efficiently and to the best standard.
Area Covered: Surrey, London and Central London
Work Experience Summary: I worked as a greengrocer's assistant for 2 years. In that time I learnt about customer service, how to manage money on a till, how to deal with difficult people, how to manage my time and how working to the best of your ability serves you well in the long run.
I then went to college for 2 years and received my Legal Secretarial Certificate and all the admin education that went with it.
I managed to work in a Barrister's Chambers in the centre of London for 2 and a half years. In this time I first started out as a Junior Finance Assistant. I worked with Sage accounts and dealt with all the invoices for the company, logging them and paying them on time. I learnt a great deal about the legal environment and the way it works. I moved on in the same company to become the receptionist. I learnt how to use the telephone system effectively and how to deal with a high class of clientele. I managed the diary bookings and booked travel for many different people.
I then moved onto working in the Health Insurance industry as the receptionist. In the time I have been working where I am, reception is now the most organised part of the company. I deal with many different people, type for people, still book travel and organise the rest of the office. My administration skills are at their best. I've learnt how the insurance industry works and am hoping to now become one of the admin team which means dealing more directly with the customers and their policies.
I am also studying for a PA diploma.
I am a hardworking, efficient, able and honest person, who will do the best she can every time.
Education Summary: I have 11 GCSE's A, B, B, B, B, C, C, C, C, C, C, D
