Vancouver, CAI had a very bad experience with Hestabit and Nidhi. We discussed the project, it was accepted then a week later they said that the developer that was working on my project had an accident and did not offer any reasonable alternative. In the end I had to accept a refund and it ended up being a waste of time

Gaurav, I have refunded you the amount you haven't asked for it. And I had sent you 4 solutions but you raised trust issues and also shouted over a call that's why we felt we cannot work on this project together. http://prntscr.com/i70n49
Even though I worked for 2 months with you for documentation and freezing scope, I haven't charged any penny for assigned resources and refunded you full amount on PPH.
I just wish you luck for the project. Hope all goes well.
P.S. Please be polite with your developer.

Market Harborough, GBWe Did it! We have gone live. We completed a significant amount of detailed planning to get to this stage. IT has been worth it. I would like to thank Nidhi, Rahul, Bhavy and most importantly Deepna for her tenacity in convincing me to place my project with HestaBit. I look forward to a long and fruitful relationship with the Hestabit team and hopefully a visit to their offices next year. Cheers Shirley

Hi Shirley. Thanks a ton for your overwhelming response. It feels glad that the desired product is live now. Big Congratulations to you! This all happened because of the hard work of the dedicated team of professionals especially the developers those are always creating masterpieces at the back of us. :)
I will convey this message to every person of Hestabit who had been the part of this project since day 1. :)
Most importantly, When you are planning to visit us next year? I am hoping if you could make it during New Year. It will be amazing.
I along with the whole team of Hestabit would be delighted to welcome you!
Kudos & Cheers!
Deepna

Toronto, CAI have discussed this project at great length with both of my partners and we all agreed that spending a lot of time to 'adjust' the PSD's is not something we will be able to do right now. That could take weeks of time and the result may not even be perfect.
Furthermore, its now been 7 days and rather than trying to use what you can to finish the first page (there were only a HANDFUL of MINOR changes required), you instead wanted to waste time over a call which you could have simply described what you needed over text. Then you hold the development for an entire day? For what?
Here is what is about to happen.
You have 2 options.
1. Either continue working on this as originally planned and deliver the first page including the minor changes required by 12PM (mid-day) London time (GMT+0).
2. Or accept my job cancellation so I can try and recover a wasted week with another freelancer.
Your proposal was by far the more expensive one and I clearly outlined the following from the very start:
1. It is a complicated project
2. There are around 8 purely different pages, the rest are similar. This is 100% true.
3. I need this done FAST due to a STRICT deadline.
4. I even explained about the chat widget from the beginning. A CHAT WIDGET IS NOT APART OF THE REGULAR FRAMEWORK THEREFORE YOU KNEW VERY WELL SOME CUSTOM WORK WAS NEEDED.
5. My budget is fixed but as a compromise we can extend the time-frame as long as we deliver at least ONE page per every 2-3 days which you SEVERELY failed in doing so as its now the 7th day and not 1 is finished.
