Chicago, IL, USI think the designs could have been better. I wasn't alerted to the process of how everything was going so if you are one who likes to know information as you go along like I am that could be difficult. He was also a day late with designs and didn't even alert me why that was happening. He improved once I aired my grievances and he did do revisions and listen to my very detailed brief, but I most likely won't be using him again as I feel the job shouldn't have taken that long and I feel when you pay someone they should have a more open line of communication when he is designing for you.

Thank you for your feedback, it's very useful. I'm saddened to hear that you feel this way. In my defense, I believe that I did a very good job and stuck to your strict and detailed brief, which I appreciate too because it allows a good flow of production and communication to get the work done in a professional, efficient manor.
Revision - Yes, I revised when you required and provided exactly what you wanted. After, I asked you if everything is OK and you simply ignored several of my messages and chose not to respond until this time of paying the invoice and leaving your feedback, which I'm disappointed by because I would go beyond to make a happy customer before any payment is made.
In terms of open communication, I responded to all your emails promptly and secondly your deadlines kept moving due to the fact that you had troubles of paying a deposit for me to commence work at an agreed date and time. Once you managed to get the block taken off your credit card to make a foreign deposit into Escrow we managed to get started on this project one day later than agreed resulting in going one day later than your initial deadline.
