Where to start....

Terry finds it hard to follow instruction, he wants to run off ahead and take the project in his own direction and ultimately then producing something you didn't ask for or not what you really wanted.

He then gets extremely defensive when they say it's not what you're looking for, claiming that you keep moving the goalposts when in truth if he just followed the instructions provided no changes would need to be made.

Shame really because the end product can be good. You just have to fight tooth and nail to get there.

I'm paying this invoice despite not getting the end result I wanted. I had profiles left on legs I asked removing, attachments put in the wrong place and some missed off all together.

I've wanted to give bad reviews in the past but stopped myself from doing so as I'm aware it can harm the persons profile but I feel this has now gone on one to many times.
