Abu Dhabi, AEI cannot give excellent feedback on this project but I will give fair feedback.
I was VERY clear in my project outline that I required an editable ebook built in Pages, Google Slides or similar. Saba built the ebook requiring Adobe Editor to edit. I was explicit in the outcome - all copy must be editable and I am not prepared to purchase another program just to edit one ebook.
Saba's communication skills were excellent and ebook design was good. I appreciate the efforts and lengths gone to in order to deliver. However, unfortunately, when many adjustments were made the final ebook was not what was expected. It is now workable but requires a lot of snagging.
If the instructions of Pages or Google Slides were to have been followed this would not have been an issue.
Thanks Saba for your communications, however, for this project, this is not quite the standard I set out for given the explicit guidelines. All the best.
