Absolutely brilliant creative, and so easy to work with. Took direction well and offered up suggestions also to help the process. Very quick turnaround, and even amendments were turned around quickly. Will definitely look to work with Rory on future projects.

Rory did a great job with the project, (type setting a heavily illustrated picture book).
He took the brief very seriously, did background research on fonts and always took notes/revisions perfectly.

This type of work is absolutely a process that requires conversation and so while the first sample draft wasn't right, (based upon supplied reference images being too varied in style) by the third it was perfect, an extremely good collaborator.

Working with freelancers because of the fact a freelancer is essentially their own boss, sometimes (depending on the person) there can be a level of arrogance and not listening 100% to notes and direction and thinking you know better - but Rory takes the time to understand the vision, he took all notes and delivered exactly what was asked of him.

If you have a strong idea, you know what you want and can articulate it clearly, and are looking for someone to collaborate with, Rory is the guy for your project.
