Phil is a 20 year old lad working from home, who refers to his clients as mate, initially provided a draft name that was not available as a free domain name; if you dont reply to his emails, containg his draft logos within 5 hours he sent a chasing email;
wouldnt release final artwork until final balance paid, we paid PPH final balance on 23/07/2010,Phil states he will send information on 26/07/2010 and received required information on 09/08/2010.Took two weeks of costantly chasing Phil, who wouldnt reply to emails and then accuses client 'short of being the most rude person I have ever met'.
You make upyour own mind if you want to work with this person!

Completely unreasonable feedback from a completely unreasonable and unprofessional person. Has completely blown this out of proportion and I believe that this is very very unfair. Will be asking for this to be removed as it does not reflect my business at all.
