Southampton, GBInitially engaged with Tilly to spruce up a DIY website i had nearly finished, but Tilly decided to then start again - would have be courteous if she had check this with me first as I had no say over style or design. Few niggles with layout and irrelevant images which resulted in me spending far more time sourcing new images and re checking content layout. Got there in the end, but still a few things left for me to finish which I wasn't expecting to be the case .

Thank you for the feedback - the initial DIY website presented was more just copy and an image placed on a page, I implemented a bespoke and professional design which gave the pages a more refined look, adding a header and a footer and the website design now has continuity throughout and looks less like a word document, I am sorry to hear that you were unhappy with any of the styling, as no comments were made at any stage throughout the messages on PPH re the design. I spent many more hours than then initial agreed 4 (over 9 in the end) to create a modern and polished look using an LCN domain web builder tool - much time was spent on updating the original copy and text further amends kept being made, this was outside of the initial 'spruce up' agreement, I did not request any further payment for the additional hours. The website design itself is in use and can be found here https://venue-pro.co.uk with the images that the client selected.
