Redcar, GBI found dealing with Munim R. a little unprofessional. I provided a very detailed specification
and Munim tendered for the work (which was paid at a high rate to reflect the skill required).
The nature of the work involved creativity. After some initially very confusing messages, a
nice pencil sketch was provided by Munim of how the design would look. Munim then asked for half of
the fee to be paid immediately. I resisted this as I don't believe it's reasonable to pay
until the work is completed. This went back and forth and it started to become irritating.
The final design was provided and I liked it, but the nature of the project was to also scale
the design for mobiles and tablets. These have dimensions which can be found by a quick Google
search but Munim insisted I give exact specifications. I did. He then said the images could
not be scaled down to fit this smaller size. I protested that that made no sense as I could
resize his images myself in a regular art package. He then agreed that it could be done and
put together the mobile and tablet versions. I found this sequence of events baffling.
Throughout the work Munim kept asking for the next stage of payment to be provided and for a
good review to be given of the work provided so far. I would much rather give a good review
at the end of the project rather than feel forced to give constant feedback. I said this several
times but he kept repeating that he wanted reviews for each stage of the work.
I am generally happy with what he provided but the service seemed unnecessarily unprofessional.Munim R.
I do not understand what was unprofessional in the dealings when I always provided the work on time and what is wrong in asking about the project? and getting the as clear picture of the project as possible.
After all its your project and you know what is best for your project not Google.
I already cleared him about why I used to ask money on different intervals.
I specifically told him that its just about doing work on milestone basis and he did understand this bit that is why he agreed to do so.
Since multiple milestones were created hence its only logical that reviews would be asked on each milestone,
PPH provided an option to review for a reason. -
