‘Final at last’ is the title given to the video explainer created by Meryem. (very professional!)
We jumped from Storyboard to video when she felt fed up of that process it seems, because I certainly didn’t approve it. The storyboard also had annotations which was misleading because they weren’t present in the first draft of the video, so it had no context and we had to make quite a big update.
Whilst I appreciate there were a few structural changes from the team on my side, (for which I paid extra for) I feel that Meryem generally lacks attention to detail and a lot of the back and forth could have been avoided if she checked her work more carefully against the detailed feedback documents that I sent. Also, when you received the feedback it would have been helpful to have some acknowledgment and guidance on when the next draft would be available.
I accept now in hindsight we could have been clearer in our direction and with the script. I suppose I had hoped that Meryem would have provided more guidance and help in the beginning stages but it’s not the case.
I think if you have a very straight forward and simple project then this will work but it’s not something I will repeat.

Merri and I had a slow start and it took a while to get my desired logo however, after some research we were able to end up with a good design in the end. Thank you for your hard work.
