The worst experience I've had with a fellow developer in 15 years! Lied about his experience - he is very junior, too junior to do the work promised. He admitted to clocking 3-4 times the amount of time it takes him "to bill more money". Sadly the work he did had to be re-done as he'd done it wrong and/or broken websites he worked on. Very disappointing that he is still insisting on being paid for work not done, but hopefully he will learn from this review and not try to steal from another customer.

He is lying on all points. I am explaining each point below:
"Lying on clocking more": In regular work, Can any one clocked 3-4 times more? What if he worked for 8 hours then for 3 times more he have to clock for 24 hours and for 4 times he have to clock for more than 24 hours.Is that possible?.
I only clocked for exact time taken on tasks. I clocked him for 2 hours a day 2.5 hours a day or 3 hours a day. I never billed him for complete day or 8 hours, even he was expecting 30 hours per week. I have screenshots of complete billing to be fair but there is no option to attach screenshot here. Even I was ready to manipulate billing on any task, I gave liverage but he took all in negative way.
I am not focusing on money, I am making client relationship for long terms but he didn't understand this thing.
Lying on "done it wrong and/or broken websites": I worked with him for more then 2 weeks regularly and worked on 3 websites one by one. So he want to say that I broken the first site and then he gave me the next site, then I broken that also then he gave me the third site then I again broken the third site. Is that possible? I am telling what is actually. On the last day of my working he said there was an issue in one of site functioning and he has repository so he reverted the code it was fine as due to time difference I was not available at that time, but he should aks me to review the issue on my time,If it was due to my code it will be a quick fix for me. But what he said he will pay to another developer to fix this.
"steal from another customer": I have record of doing excellent work and on genuine cost or even done couple of additional work to make trust and long term business relationship.
My all customers are more then happy to work with me.
He didn't paid me complete amount and said I will give you negative feedback if you ask me for full amount so I ask him for the amount he want to pay. Even he gave me negative feedback for the amount which was in escrow and wasted more 8 days in discussion for £ 100 only.

Krishan has improved more and more each day. - The standard of work is also very good. The communication is also very good! Krishan will always listen to your instructions and provide suitabke and effective recommendations and suggestions. Use with confidence!
