Ensenada, MXThe user promise a "SMTP Server comes with one dedicated IP address which is clean and not blacklisted on any anti spam filter guaranteed" which was not delivered, the server they provide me was Blacklisted in several SPAM sites, all of my 10 testing emails I sent, none of them made it to the inbox, all of them foes to the spam folder directly and on TOP of that the user INSULT ME (I can write down the words he/she say), what kind of service is this? NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

500 out of 12000 is 4% which is not considered much, also bounces could also be caused by your sending platform ( ESP ), your reputation ( ips and domains ) and also your email content may be blocked by some email providers.
