Charlotte was easy to work with. I was bit surprised when she asked me to reconsider the price as i got back with few changes. This was bit worrying as i had strict budget. After explaining myself that what im asking is not very unreasonable she understood and got the job done. Advice you to agree deliverables, revisions etc to avoid confusion and issues. Overall happy with her work but there is always scope for improvement!
