Edgware, GBCaroline was a superstar! This was our first time using PPH and our first postcard creation for a new business start-up. Our continual chopping and changing would have put most people off, but Caroline was excellent, always helpful, and super patient! Her work was first class, and was very much appreciated.

Sheffield, GBI don't want to be to harsh on Caroline as she seems like a very nice girl, and in the end I got a good design. However timing was an issue originally Caroline said it would take a weekend but it ended up taking over three week. It seems like Caroline was very busy which is a good sign, because she's obv very good at her job but it meant her concentrating on my job at the end of the night and I had mistakes coming through on a lot of the drafts sent through, On the whole though good finished piece of work

Unfair feedback. I said the FIRST DRAFT would be ready over the weekend (which it was). The client then sent me several rounds of changes - always emailing me at night so my emails back to him were at night. These rounds of amends made the job take longer than it should. I admit there was a text error on one pdf but it was quickly changed when pointed out. Its a shame to be left 3 stars.
