great work, will use again

I've given Aya a 'Neutral' feedback score because I had to cancel the project after a period of two weeks. This was not due to the quality of the work, but because there were many issues in supplying the material required, but yet which another Freelancer was able to do so with no issues whatsoever. I wanted 24 simple YouTube videos created, and only one was able to be delivered to me over a course of two-weeks; by contrast, another freelancer that I have used, had delivered 16 videos in just two days with no technical issues at all. So, whilst Aya's first video was good, the non-delivery of the remaining 23 for this project simply couldn't be delivered by the means that Aya was attempting to use for video download, which I've simply not experienced before or since.
