Vancouver, CAI'm not 100% pleased with Arpana's work. I gave a deadline in my brief that she accepted and didn't receive any communication for the status until 4 days after the deadline passed which I had to reach out.
She was ill, but failed to communicate. When working with her on this project with very clear brief and assets, the communication of receiving the work was difficult. Did not take direction well. Had to stop project and complete myself as the deadline was a week late.
