She did not understood my instructions very well. At the end of the deadline she presented her work and I found the quality of work was not great. even though she told me she could do the job really quickly, before I selected her, later she complained that it was not enough time, and she could not do sucha good job with that time frame requested. So I don't understand why she took the job. She then demanded to be paid even though the work was not good quality. I paid her 50% for her time, which is above what I currently make. I would not hire her again. I hired someone else and was 100% satisfied in a faster amount of time, the other designer understood exactly what I needed and followed instructions.
