I think there is no limit to how much can be accomplished in life, and for this reason I would like to experience as much as possible. I really feel that doing work experience with you will help me bridge the gap between my film knowledge as a student, to that of a professional. I find the documentaries and films very intriguing and it is important for the public to see and know about them. They are real eye-openers, as they are able to bring life stories, thousands of miles away, infront of our eyes, almost inspiring us and urging us to do something about what we see on the screen.
For me this is one of the most important aspects about film making and documentaries: the ability to be able to portray, inspire and change something in the world, through film. This is also exactly what made me passionate about film and documentary making in the first place. I believe that a person enjoys a job even more, when they know that their work can make a positive contribution to something or someone else besides himself. Documentaries are one of the best ways to do that.
