MARKETING MANAGEMENT: Delia has built strategic ten year plans as well as medium-range and short-term action plans, to ensure the cascade of strategy into tactics.
TECHNICAL & DIGITAL: Delia is proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator and Dreamweaver and has even managed entire servers. She has built relational databases to maximise salesforce planning, manage marketing intelligence systems, enable database/direct marketing and customer relationship management. Delia has also built designed, coded and built and managed websites with SEO in-house.
CREATIVE & OPERATIONAL: Delia is a talented copywriter, designer and brand manager, with experience of building the marketing communication mix both above and below the line and on-line, as well as commissioning print and other services for an integrated marketing mix. It goes without saying that she can create brands, handle budgets and other management responsibilities.

Description: I asked Delia to create me a brand for my new coaching and mentoring service, with an online presence and ability to advertise in local magazines. I wanted something modern, contemporary and fun, but professional.
She researched and came up with some fantastic names and then designed a brand identity and website around the new business. She did everything for me - from registering domain names, to designing adverts and websites, to placing the advert. All I had to do was approve what she did and pay the bill!
Although I had wanted a website, I thought it impossible as the quotes from web design companies were way out of my league. Delia said she could offer me a cost-effective alternative, which would save alot on the initial web design costs and make it affordable. By buying a professionally designed website template online and adapting it to my business and brand, she did just that. It also meant she could create adverts that would look the same as my website, which is great.
If you are a big business it's probably worth investing thousands of pounds in a website, but for a small enterprise like me it's just not practical. This was an ideal solution - I got the whole package for less than a website and Delia even provided me with a way to update and add pages myself.
I cannot say how impressed I am - not just with the professionality, but also speed of service. She even came in under budget! And the results speak for themselves - just what I was looking for. To be honest, it looks like I spent a fortune with a big agency - very professional. Overall - delighted!
