My main duties were managing and updating the centre"s database, registering candidates with OCR, preparing documentation for EV Visits, maintaining and updating the IBA website, committees database, external database, training providers evaluation summary spreadsheet and course calendar, producing the weekly IBA e-Bulletin, inputting applications and sending out application correspondence, inputting membership registration forms and sending out correspondence and membership certificates, producing weekly/monthly membership reports, as well as carrying out other administrative duties as required by the Chief Executive.

My main responsibilities are to ensure the efficient delivery of all administrative tasks and to maintain the SAGE accounting system including inputting supplier invoices, producing sales invoices, chasing debtors, paying creditors, inputting and running the payroll and producing financial reports for the month and year end. My main duties are maintaining and keeping the OCR Centre database up to date, registering candidates with OCR, preparing documentation for External Verifier visits, claiming certificates online, carrying out all the administration for the Train to Gain subcontract with the Derbyshire Network, producing promotional material, tenders and contracts.
